The Equation Y=X is Omniscient.

The Equation Y=X is Omniscient.

On the graph of Y=X there are multiple points that are a number that has the entire past and future of the universe and existence accurately defined down to the most minuscule detail with 100% correctness.

These points are encoded much like computer code. Reason would state that there are 9 points like this on the graph in base ten, as there would be many compatible languages, from binary to octal, decimal, and beyond. However, one could argue that there are an infinite number of these points, because the graph could be displayed in any base, e.g. base 60 instead of base 10.

These numbers may be too large to ever be quantified, however, since all things in a finite system are finite in their own right, these numbers are finite natural numbers, just like one, two, and three, yet they are omniscient numbers that know all facts of past, present, and future with complete certainty. This knowledge is encoded into their very existence as otherwise unremarkable numbers that simply lie on the graph of  Y=X as it hurdles endlessly towards infinity.

  1. Say you have an exceptionally large natural number, n, that encodes the universe. Then then number z = n/(n+1) contains the same information -- you can recover the original number as z/(1-z). Of course adding 1 to this new number z doesn't remove any information, or two or so on. So there must be an infinity of numbers that encode the universe.

    1. I honestly don't know anything about math, computers, or coding, so I cannot provide any insight about your proposition, ChiDeus.

    2. It is evident from your post that you don't know anything about maths.

  2. (This is in response to rebuke to my point in other locations)

For those that say “Hey Kids, I’m a computer.” I’ll be the one to tell you, “I don’t know much about computers…”. However, if it is possible to write a sentence in binary code, something along the lines of “The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog.” then there is a point on the line Y=X that will tell you explicitly everything that happens from the inception of time until the end of time, it will tell you these things in sentences. It will spell out the number eight hundred and sixty two, and it will spell out every happening clear as day. There are no unsolved problems, uncertainties, or questions that need to be resolved. This point will simply tell you the facts, as they occur, each one in order, as specific as one does desire, and it will never refrain from doing so, nor will it ever tire. This because it is still simply a number.
